Mr. Brown, a Director of Alliance Investment Management Ltd., has over 40 years experience in international and domestic banking. Over the course of his career, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Bank of Scotland (Nassau) Ltd., Deputy Managing Director of Charterhouse Japhet Bank & Trust International Ltd., and a Manager with CA Bank & Trust International Ltd. He also served three years as an Alternate Executive Director of The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank), Washington D.C. He is presently Chairman and a Director of Braun & Cie Ltd., a Director and the Secretary of Pepsi-Cola (Bahamas) Bottling Co. Limited, and is a past Director and Treasurer of Commonwealth Bank Limited.
JULIAN RENAUD BROWN

Mr. Brown, is the President and a Director of Alliance Investment Management Ltd. He is a professional investment banker with over 20 years of experience in the international investment and private banking arena. Most of his career was spent at Lloyds TSB Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Ltd. where he rose to Manager of Investment Management, Trust & Corporate Services, and eventually to Director and Deputy Principal Manager. He has also served three years as a Director of The Bahamas Development Bank. In 1998, Mr. Brown was honoured by Barron's Who's Who of the World in Global Banking and Finance and also by International Who's Who of the World. He is presently the President and a Director of Braun & Cie Ltd., a Director of The Bahamas Agricultural And Industrial Corporation.
GEORGE CLIFFORD CULMER
Director and Member of the Investment Advisory Board
Mr. Culmer, a Director of Alliance Investment Management Ltd., is the Senior and Founding Partner of BDO Mann Judd, a member of BDO International, which is the sixth largest international professional accounting firm worldwide. He is a pioneer in Bahamian accounting qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1966 and becoming the first Bahamian member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Culmer is a past Director of The Central Bank of The Bahamas. He presently holds directorships in several organizations and established Bahamian companies in varied industries, including Commonwealth Bank Limited and the Bahamas Financial Services Board. In addition, he is the past President of the Rotary Club of East Nassau.
IDRIS GEORGE REID
Director
Mr. Reid, is the Acting General Manager of the Bahamas Airport Authority, having retired from the civil service after a successful 43-year career. Most notably, he served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministries of Agriculture and Fisheries, Foreign Affairs and National Security. Mr. Reid also served as High Commissioner to Canada for over five years.
SANDRA JUANITA KNOWLES

Ms. Knowles has spent more than eighteen years in the international investment and private banking financial arena of which the past 5-1/2 years were spent on the regulatory side of The Bahamas financial services sector. From 1993 - 1997 Ms. Knowles was the General Manager of the Broadcasting Corporation of The Bahamas, the first female to hold this position. She was responsible for the first major technological upgrade of the television facilities since inception, emphasizing strong focus on local programming in television and radio. In 1997 until 2002, Ms. Knowles became the first female Inspector and Executive Director of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas. She was instrumental in formulating policies for the promotion of an efficient and knowledgeable regulatory environment.
WILLIAM HOGG
Secretary and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hogg, is a Senior Manager with BDO Mann Judd with responsibility for Trust and Corporate Services Management. He has over 35 years of experience in the accounting profession. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has served as a member of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants Investigations, Legislation and Professional Practice Committees.
